Workshop: “Finding Hope and Strength in Challenging Times”

Feeling a bit despairing at Government action on Climate and Nature? Angry? Sad? Worried? Tired? Hard to see a way forward sometimes? Frustrated by lack of mass engagement? Then this workshop will help. We aim to find support and re-invigoration.
We will be contacting our own deep resources, seeing the long view, sharing feelings, finding inspiration and self care for the long haul.
