Upgrade Democracy with Citizens’ Assemblies

We will learn about and discuss the concept of Citizens’ Assemblies and how they can bring real democracy and common sense decision making.

We will also have information about the ‘Upgrade Democracy‘ action (Aug 30th – Sep 1st).
This is XR’s next big event, a mass occupation close to Windsor Castle.

Once again Extinction Rebellion are changing public awareness and the idea of participatory democracy is starting to pop up everywhere.
