Like a Bird Flies on Two Wings, Balance Self Care with Effective Action.
A workshop for everyone looking for a safe and supportive group to learn self care techniques.
The workshop will focus on exercises enabling us to calm the mind and relax the body.
Participants will be able to use the techniques to stay cool under pressure, recognise early signs of burnout, release difficult feelings and enable themselves to have more fun. The techniques may also help with sleep and improve emotional and physical energy levels.

This workshop is run by XR Nottingham’s regenerative culture working group and is based on the work of Joanna Macy (author of ‘Active Hope: How to Face the Mess We’re in Without Going Crazy’ amongst others).
