Workshop to help everyone in these challenging times. Learn how to reduce difficult feelings like guilt, fear, pain, worry etc. using Emotional Freedom and other proven techniques. These will calm you, relax you and help you sleep better.
You will be shown how to create a quick route to your calm, grounded self that you can use in everyday life, if you feel stressed during an action or to help you deescalate situations.
You are free to join in fully or just come along and observe and participate at your own level.
