Less stress, no burn-out self-care techniques

Following on from our other successful self-care/destress workshops we are holding a new session to continue to help everyone in these challenging times.
The session will help you learn how to reduce difficult feelings like guilt, fear, pain, worry etc. using a range of tips and techniques. We hope that the session will calm you, relax you and help you sleep better.
It is very easy to get bogged down in life but it is well worth you taking some time out for you and will even lead to you being more productive and happier in the long run.
