Our tendency is to keep plodding on and on, but this can lead to feelings of drudgery and overwhelm. Taking time for ourselves can pay dividends in helping us to return to tasks more invigorated and actually increase our productivity.
This session will offer all rebels some simple, but powerful ways, in which you can take care of yourself – ranging from the potential mindfulness of making and drinking a cuppa, to some examples of daily routines that you could follow to help you create a bit of space for YOU in your own life.
Come along and discover some handy tips which will help you learn how to de-stress in these challenging times.
