A great workshop to strengthen relationships in your local group.
Learn how to hold a space for shared purposes, acknowledge and celebrate differences.
Sharing time as equals helps to create safety for everyone to explore their thoughts and feelings. This is something we can all do. This process makes us more effective at caring for ourselves and others.
One way is to use the tool of active listening: learning to listen with respect for each other’s voices.
